Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 7, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Nexstep Health collects, uses and shares information about you when you visit www.nexstephealth.com (the “Website”), contact us by phone, email, text message or through a form on the Website, or interact with our social media pages. We call all of these your use of our “Services.”

In this policy, “Nexstep,” “we” and “us” mean:

  • CareOptima Management Services LLC d/b/a Nexstep Health, which provides private duty nursing and home health aide services; and
  • Somera Medical LLC d/b/a Nexstep Medical Group, which provides physician house calls and related medical services.

When you or a family member becomes a client or patient, the health information we create and receive while providing care is protected under our Notice of Privacy Practices, not this policy. Please read both.
