A Board-Certified Case Manager (CCM), Lisa is honored to serve on the Board of the Commission for Case Management Certification (CCMC), where she helps shape the future of case management standards and best practices. In addition to her extensive healthcare background, Lisa is also a Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP) and an attorney by training, bringing a unique blend of legal and clinical expertise to her work.
