- A nurse joins key visits to ensure care plans are clear, questions are answered, and key actions and follow-ups are documented
- For members who only need help getting to and from appointments, NexStep can coordinate travel and our aides can provide additional support

No – NexStep works with your PCP and any other providers to offer a concierge layer of support and care. With in-home visits and an expanded team that includes nursing and coordinators both nursing and coordinators, we offer an additional level of concierge care to layer on top of your existing providers.
